    Involved in an incident.
    Damaged when it had a brake lock on landing, at Orange and flipped on its back.

    Involved in an incident.
    Engine failed on take-off due to fuel starvation caused by incorrect positioning of the fuel selector and the aircraft crashed beside the runway at Lakewood, NJ.

    The incident occurred at Lakewood, NJ, United States. The time was 1144 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Lakewood Airport. This was a local flight from Lakewood, NJ. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Collided with trees while on final approach to land. The factors included; fuel selector positioned between taknks. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
