    Jen Sharp had a large crew including Cecil Ripe and several Bills and was experimenting with propellers. This is currently a popular pastime in Fl since metal props are no longer allowed for saftey reasons. Race plane buffs were quick to notice the airspeed pitot had been moved from the wing to the left wheel pant. When questioned, Sharp admitted that this speed secret added several mi les/hour to the indicated airspeed due to propeller effects. Appeared at the International Formula 1 Pueblo, but did not qualify. The primary pilot was Jen Sharp. Raced in the Consolation race. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 208.816 mph. Raced in the Championship race. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 227.415 mph. Suffered a prop problem while attempting to qualify.
