    Constructed as a PBY-6A.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 46655.

    Transferred to NAS San Diego.

    Sold surplus from San Diego.

    To unknown owner with c/r N10014.

    At some point the tail of a PBY-5A was installed.

    To Montreal Air Services with new c/r CF-IZU.

    To World Wide Airways/Don McVicar keeping c/r CF-IZU.

    Involved in an incident.
    Struck the bottom of a lake and settled in four feet of water.

    Repaired.
    Received temporary repairs.

    August 1956

    Repaired.
    Flown out to receive more permanent repairs.

    To Field Aviation keeping c/r CF-IZU.

    Converted to a water-bomber.

    To Government of Newfoundland and Labrador keeping c/r CF-IZU.

    Operated as fire service #4.

    Withdrawn from use.
    Retired at Gander, Newfoundland, with a total of 6,187 hours flying time.

    Stored in a hangar for nine years.

    Ferry flight.
    Flown to St. Anthony, Newfoundland for display as a memorial.
