    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej with s/n 006.

    From 18 October 1956 to 27 February 1976

    Transferred to 36. Specjalny Pulk Lotnictwa Transportowego (36th Aviation Transport Special Regiment), Warszawa-Okecie, Poland.

    Converted to an Il-14S.
    Used as personal transport of Wladyslaw Gomulka, I secretary of KC PZPR.

    February 1982

    Transferred to 13. Pulk Lotnictwa Transportowego (13th Transport Aviation Regiment), Krakow-Balice, Poland.

    New serial number assigned: 0916 SPRP
