    Constructed as a Hartebeest I.
    The Hawker Hartbees is a variant of the Hawker Audax and was an army-support aircraft. The first four aircraft for the SAAF were built in England and number 851 is one of 65 examples that were built under licence in Roberts Heights.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the South African Air Force with s/n 851.
