    Constructed as a Lim-2 by WSK-Mielec at Poland.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej with s/n 307.

    Used as personal aircraft of Polish Air Force commander Gen. Jan Frey-Bielecki and later Gen. Jan Raczkowski.
