    Transferred to Lotnicze Zaklady Remontowe NR 4 (Aviation Repair Works No 4), Warsaw, Poland.
    Overhaul.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Marynarka Wojenna.

    From 1959 to 25 March 1966

    Transferred to 34. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwskiego (34th Fighter Aviation Regiment), Gdynia-Babie Doly, Poland.
    In 1962 whole 34th Regiment was transferred to the Polish Air Force.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

    Transferred to 25. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwskiego (25th Fighter Aviation Regiment), Pruszcz Gdanski, Poland.

    From 20 November 1967 to 17 May 1968

    Transferred to Lotnicze Zaklady Remontowe NR 2 (Aviation Repair Works No 2), Bydgoszcz, Poland.
    Overhaul.

    From May 1968 to 22 May 1974

    Transferred to 21. Pulk Lotnictwa Rozpoznania Taktycznego I Artyleryjskiego (21st Tactical and Artillery Reconnaissance Aviation Regiment), Sochaczew-Bielice, Poland.
    In January 1969 Regiment was relocated to Powidz, Poland.

    From 22 May 1974 to 1 December 1974

    Converted to a SBLim-2A.
    By LZR nr 2 (Aviation Repair Works No 2), Bydgoszcz, Poland.

    New four-digit s/n was allocated.

    From December 1974 to October 1981

    Transferred to 21. Pulk Lotnictwa Rozpoznania Taktycznego I Artyleryjskiego (21st Tactical and Artillery Reconnaissance Aviation Regiment), Powidz, Poland.

    From 15 October 1981 to 13 July 1982

    Converted to a SBLim-2M.
    By one of LZR (Aviation Repair Works).

    New serial number assigned: 197 SPRP

    From July 1982 to February 1984

    Transferred to 45. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwsko-Szturmowego (45th Fighter-Attack Aviation Regiment), Babimost, Poland.
    By the end of 1982 unit was renamed as 45th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment.

    From February 1984 to April 1984

    Transferred to 21. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwsko-Bombowego (21st Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment), Powidz, Poland.

    From April 1984 to 22 October 1988

    Transferred to 45. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwsko-Bombowego (45th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment), Babimost, Poland.
    By August 1988 unit was renamed as 45th Training-Combat Aviation Regiment.

    From 22 October 1988 to 26 July 1989

    Transferred to Wojskowe Zaklady Lotnicze NR 2 (Military Aviation Works No 2), Bydgoszcz, Poland.
    Overhaul.

    From July 1989 to April 1991

    Transferred to 45. Lotniczy Pulk Szkolno-Bojowy (45th Training-Combat Aviation Regiment), Babimost, Poland.
