    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC68I0048: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. There was minor damage. Ground looped or water swerved on touch down. Report remarks include: Left float and right forward hull damaged landing on lake. Flight continued to home base. Incident occurred at or near Anchorage, AK.

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Big Lake, AK, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The aircraft crashed in a level, wooded area. The initial impact with trees occurred approximately 40 feet above ground level. Both wing tips a portion of the left stabilizer elevator were found at the bases of the trees that were first impacted...
