October 1959		Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 57-0374.
From Circa October 1959 to July 1968		To 60th FIS, 35th Air Division, Otis AFB, MA.
22 July 1968		Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC).
6 May 1971		Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 101041 as a CF-101B.
By 1977		To No. 416 Squadron, CFB Chatham, NB.
Circa September 1977		Photographer: Ken Buchanan Collection
By 1979		Transferred to No. 425 Squadron, CFB Bagotville, QC.
1979		Flew with the Warlocks aerobatics team.
From By 1982 to 1983		Transferred to No. 425 Squadron, CFB Bagotville, QC.
14 August 1984		Permanently withdrawn from use.
After August 1984		Taken on Strength/Charge with s/n 57-0374 as a F-101B-95-MC. Non-flying duty. Returned for eventual display with the NMUSAF Loan Program.
