    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n XX159.

    Notes: Made its maiden flight just three days later and delivered for trials to Boscombe Down. Used as the Hawk display jet for three seasons - 1984, 2044 and 2006 - before being transferred to the Royal Navy
