    Constructed as a TS-11bis B.

    1968

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej with s/n 615.

    1 December 1970

    Transferred to 60 Lotniczy Pulk Szkolny (60th Aviation Training Regiment), Radom, Poland.

    16 October 1971

    Crashed.
    While on exam flight, pilot st.kpr.pchor. Andrzej Stachurski made a forced landing with half-deployed landing gear on a highway, 2 km east from an airstrip. The cause was engine failure due to breaking off of the compressor rotor blade, material fatigue was declared. Subsequent pressure drop in the hydraulic system prevented the landing gear to be deployed.

    29 July 1972

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
    Later used as instructional airframe.

    June 2007

    Placed on display with Krakow Aviation Museum, Krakow, Malopolskie (Lesser Poland Voivodeship).
