Notes: Bradley Haskin: 1980 race horse start on the ramp. As I recall it was kind of a pick-up Medallion race for a group of racers that were not able to qualify. Gary Wilson was in Aloha and one of the Budde brothers was in El Bandito and they sort of had a merging of substance on the runway. Nobody was hurt, as they were not at flying speed yet, but I recall it also tore up the engine/prop/front end of Buddes plane. |
