    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej with s/n 140.

    13 June 1979

    Transferred to 28. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwskiego (28th Fighter Aviation Regiment), Slupsk-Redzikowo, Poland.

    25 May 1981

    Damaged.
    During landing with half deployed undercarriage. Never flown again.

    29 December 1983

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

    26 April 1985

    Transferred to COSSTWL, Olesnica, Poland.
    As an instructional airframe.

    Placed on display with Radom-Sadkow Air Force Base, Radom, Mazowieckie (Masovian Voivodeship).
