    Transferred to 15. Eskadra Lotnictwa Rozpoznawczego (15th Reconnaissance Aviation Squadron), Siemirowice.

    Transferred to 7. Pulk Lotnictwa Specjalnego (7th Special Aviation Regiment), Siemirowice, Poland.

    Placed on display with Lublinek Airport, Lodz, Lodzkie.
