    Summary: The airframe was a loss. There was one fatality. There were 12,003 hours and 5,645 cycles on the airframe at the time. It was a local fire fighting flight from Castelo Branco (LPCB), Portugal. The accident occurred at Lobios (Spain) while maneuvering.
