    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC68A0179: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Lake Nr Canton Airport, Canton, MA. Rolled over on touch down. The factors included; came to rest in water. Report remarks include: Scissors lvr to control rod clevis attach bolt missg 2 swsh pilot swivel lnk bolts replcd before this flight.
