    Crashed.
    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at the Medford-Jackson County Airport Medford, OR, United States while taxiing. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot deviated from the painted taxi line to avoid a parked fuel truck and collided with a hangar door. The main rotor hit the door and flying debris damaged 2 hangers, 3 aircraft and 2 cars.
