    Transported Presidents Nixon and Ford and their families, and other high-ranking government officials.

    1976

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 150613.

    11 May 1976

    Transferred to Helicopter Combat Support Squadron 6 (HC-6), NAS Norfolk, VA.
    Operated with markings: HW-31

    By April 1989

    Transferred to Helicopter Combat Support Squadron 2 (HC-2), NAS Norfolk, VA.
    Operated with markings: HU-32

    2003

    To National Naval Aviation Museum, NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, FL.
