    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury and was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Heber City Mun. -Russ McDonald Airport (36U) Heber City, UT, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. When the airplane turned downwind, the engine lost power. The pilot attempted to restart the engine and it surged suddenly. The torque caused the airplane to roll inverted...
