    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at the Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV) Bossier City, LA, United States while going around. The airframe was destroyed. During a flight from Florida to Texas, the pilot made an en route stop at panama city, fl refueled. At 1043 cst, he depd panama city proceeded on an IFR flight at flight level 310 to dallas, tx.
