    Constructed as an UH-19D.

    17 October 1958

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 57-5979.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Aeronautica Militare Italiana with s/n MM57-5979 and operated with these markings: CS-10.
    To Italian Air Force as (Code ).

    New serial number assigned: MM80119 AMI

    Circa 1960

    Withdrawn from use.
    Intended for export, possibly going to Biafra, but abandoned at Port of Antwerp.

    Circa 1969

    Abandoned at Antwerp docks - it is thought that attempts were being made to illegally export it to Biafra (Nigeria).

    3 March 1976

    To Koniklijk Legermuseum, Brussels, Belgium.
    Transported to the museum by the Belgian Air Force.

    Markings Applied: MM57-5979, CS-10

    To Museu do Ar, Sintra, Portugal.
    This was an exchange with the Brussels Museum for a JU-52.

    By May 1984

    Placed on display with Museo do Ar Sintra, Sintra Airport, Sintra, Lisboa (Lisbon).
