    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC80FGT11: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:32 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Mid-state Airport, Philipsburg, PA. This was a local flight from Philipsburg, PA. The gear retracted while taxiing from landing. Report remarks include: Copilot in left seat intended to raise flaps. Flap and gear handles had round oblong knobs.
