    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

    To 2. Baza Lotnicza (2nd Aviation Base), Bydgoszcz, Poland.
    On display at the base museum.

    Placed on display with Deblin Air Force Museum, Deblin, Lubelskie (Lublin Voivodeship).
