Incident occurred at the Grant County Airport, Silver City, NM. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain, high density weather at altitude and jettisoned load. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
