Incident occurred at the Van Nuys Airport, Van Nuys, CA. The flight departed from Payne, WA, with the destination Houston, TX. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. Collided with a parked aircraft during the landing rollout. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing on airport and suspected mechanical discrepancy...
