    Not delivered, sale fell through.

    To British Overseas Aircraft Corporation with new c/r G-ANAV (DH106 COMET 1A, 6013).

    Leased to South African Airways.

    1954

    Permanently withdrawn from use.
    Comet fleet grounded following two fatal crashes of the type.

    To RAE Farnborough.
    One of four Comet airframes delivered to RAE at Farnborough for water pressure tank testing.

    To Science Museum, South Kensington, London, London, England.
