    Notes: Taken at the 2011 Hamilton Air Show, Canada - The factory built Pitts Special S2S was specifically designed for airshow flying. The aircraft owned by Bill Carter has been modified to improve its aerobatic and cross-country capabilities. The engine, custom built by Leavens Aviation inc., develops over 260 H.P. The aircraft has a gross weight of 1575 lbs and a top speed of 212 mph.
