Incident occurred at the Saratoga County Airport, Saratoga Spgs, NY. This was a local flight from Saratoga Spgs, NY. Ground looped or water swerved while taxiing to takeoff. The aircraft nosed over while taxiing to takeoff. The sky conditions were unknown/not reported. The ceiling was 3500 feet at the accident site...
