The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Staled and/or spiraled while on final approach to land. The factors included; weather obstructions to vision. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. The sky conditions were unknown/not reported...
