    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA66F0017: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Herndon Airport, Orlando, FL. Landed wheels up on touch down. Report remarks include: Tailwheel failed to extend-tailwheel assembly jammed by dust boot.
