    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC81DAG02: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from Lake Hood, AK, stopping at Lake Mulchatna, AK, on the way to Twin Lakes, AK. The engine failed or malfunctioned while climbing to cruise. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain on touch down. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
