    Built under the Lend-Lease Act of 1940.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n FV154.

    12 May 1943

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 15055.

    Transferred to No. 4 Training Command (T. C.).
    Ronald van de Valk comments (6 July 2021): It is uncertain the airframe ever wore the number 15055.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-65639.

    11 September 1946

    To Mr... Alex J. Somppi Jr.
    To be added to Mr. Somppis flying school at Tukwilla, Washington D.C.

    2 October 1946

    Assigned civil registration: NC68711

    20 October 1946

    Ferry flight.
    Flown to Washington D.C., USA, for handover to The Office War Assets Administration Foreign Liquidation Commision the following day.

    1957

    Withdrawn from use.
    Stored as NC68711 at Jacksonville airfield, Michigan.

    2000

    Discovered.
    Found at Jackson airfield in dilapidated condition.

    Recovered.
    Acquired as found by Egmond Aircraft Llc.

    Circa 15 March 2001

    Certificate of airworthiness for N58799 (M-62A-3, FV-154) issued.

    15 March 2001

    To Egmond Aircraft Llc, Lewes, DE with new c/r N58799.
