The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; overload failure. The sky conditions were scattered...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Palo Alto Airport (PAO) Palo Alto, CA, United States while taxiing. The damage was substantial. The aircrews of a Cessna 195A, N1537H, a beech V35B, N2084L, were cleared to runway 30 from different positions on the parking area. The Cessna pilot was instructed to use the shortest route, no delay please. As the aircraft were taxied on separate routes, they converged where the 2 taxiways merged at the run-up area...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Saint. George Municipal Airport (SGU) St. George, UT, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The prop blade separated causing the aircraft to veer sharply to the left out of control. The aircraft came to rest about 30 feet from the runway with the right main landing gear broken off. A metallurgical exam revealed that the blade failed from fatigue. The fatigue origin was at a subsurface inclusion...
