    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX79DUJ68: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Deer Vally Airport, Phoenix, AZ. This was a local flight from Phoenix, AZ. Collided with a parked aircraft while taxiing to takeoff. Report remarks include: Hit erco, N99825, substantial damage to empennage.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Overgaard Airport (AZ82) Heber-Overgaard, AZ, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that, on takeoff roll, just after the tail came up, the airplane encountered a right quartering tailwind gust, which forced the airplane off the left side of the runway. The pilot subsequently corrected back to the right and the airplane crossed the runway, a gully and a taxiway...
