    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the John H Batten Airport (RAC) Racine, WI, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The aircraft was substantially damaged during landing when it departed the runway surface. The pilot reported the left brake locked during landing causing the aircraft to drift to the left of the runway centerline. He stated that as the aircraft returned to the runway centerline the left wheel began to vibrate and the left axle failed...

    Crashed.
    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at Peru, IL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The tailwheel airplane sustained substantial damage on impact with terrain following a ground loop during a landing. The pilot stated, Winds were about 5 to 6 knots from 210 [degrees]. I made my approach on [runway] 18 and made a very routine 3 point landing...
