    Obtained from the museum as a scrapyard hulk.

    Restoration started.
    Restoration started at Honeydew, South Africa.

    To Mark de Vries, Bryanston, Vancouver, BC.

    From Unknown to 28 May 1999

    Transported by ship.
    Moved to CFB Comox, BC, Canada.

    To Comox Air Force Museum, CFB Comox, Lazo, BC.

    In the inventory of Vintage Wings of Canada, Gatineau, QC.
    Ownership transferred, but initially the restoration continued at Comox.

    Restoration continued.
    Restoration continued at Comox as the Y2K project for the museum. The plan is to restore the airframe as MK304 of 442 Squadron flown by F/L Arnold Rosland. MK304 was assigned the code Y2-K. Y2 was the squadron code for 442 Squadron which did operate Spitfires, and K was the individual aircraft code assigned to MK304.
