    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX71FUG56: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Cable Airport, Upland, CA. This was a local flight from Upland, CA. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed during the takeoff run. The factors included; overload failure.
