Incident occurred at the Opa Locka West Airport, Opa Locka, FL. The flight departed from Tamiami, FL, with the destination Gainesville, FL. The engine failed or malfunctioned while circling in the traffic pattern. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain during the landing rollout. The factors included; came to rest in water...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Anchorage International Airport (ANC) Anchorage, AK, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that he landed closely behind a departing Boeing 757 and subsequently lost directional control. He said that he had been cautioned by the tower about the potential for wake turbulence, but elected to land anyway. He also reported that he should have aborted his landing.
