    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA75FLA01: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:48 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Panama City Bayco Airport, Panama City, FL. This was a local flight from Panama City, FL. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed while aborting takeoff. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions, downwind approach and overload failure. The sky conditions were scattered...
