    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC67A0098: There were 9 fatalities. Incident occurred at 06:55 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Red Bank Airport, New Shrewsbury, NJ. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Stalled during the initial climb. The factors included; weather conditions conducive to carb induction system icing, low ceiling, rain and fog. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
