    Raced as #19, named Wayfarers Club Lady.
    Modifications included an airframe cleanup, the fairing of the wing gun ports and the installation of a P-51H Aeroproducts propeller. Competed at the National Air Races Los Angeles in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Dave Allender. Qualified in 4th place with an average speed of 355.00 mph. Raced in Heat 1. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 357.30 mph. Raced in Heat 2 Gold. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 345.74 mph. Raced in the Reserve race. Finished in 3rd place with an average speed of 348.91 mph. Did not start in the Trophy race. Took-off for the Championship race but lost the plug for the coolant temperature probe.

    From 27 May 1966 to 30 May 1966

    Raced as #19, named Wayfarers Club Lady.
    Racing modifications were made including; a P-51H Aeroproducts propeller, a finely tuned Merlin engine and the removal of the wing gun ports with them being faired over. Dropped out of the final race with mechanical problems. The aircraft was retired from pylon racing. Apparently arrived at the National Air Races Los Angeles, may have qualified and may even have competed in the Unlimited class, but we do not have any documented results (no times or placements). The primary pilot was Dave Allender. No results were recorded for the race. Raced in Heat B. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 306.00 mph. Raced in the Trophy race. Finished in 6th place with an average speed of 343.51 mph.

    Dismantled and air-freighted to Miami, FL, in a DC-6.

    Completed as a modified racer.
