    Joe Leach comments (July 2014): At the time, Bethlehems fleet consisted of 2 G-1s and 2 Convair 580s. The Sabreliner was purchased to give the pilots jet experience prior to the addition of the GIIs.

    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI69I0071: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:40 hours. There was minor damage. Incident occurred at the Porter County Airport, Valparaiso, IN. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Left main gear strut inner cylinder failed.
