    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA78FKA02: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:50 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Harry S. Truman Airport, St Thomas, VI. The flight departed from St Croix, Vi, with the destination St Thomas, Vi. There was a fire or explosion in flight while circling in the traffic pattern. A fire broke out after impact.
