    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 83-1126.

    January 1985

    To 312th TFTS, 58th TTW, Luke AFB, AZ.
    Markings added: LF

    By March 1988

    Markings Applied: LF, 832 AD

    July 1990

    Transferred to 57th FWW, Nellis AFB, NV.
    Operated with markings: WA

    October 1992

    Transferred to 389th FS, 366th FW, Mountain Home AFB, ID.
    Operated with markings: MO

    October 1994

    Transferred to 309th FS, 56th Operations Group, Luke AFB, AZ.
    Operated with markings: LF

    2006

    Permanently withdrawn from use.
    Sometime in 2006 the aircraft went to depot level maintenance for Falcon Star update at Hill AFB, Utah. Depot discovered a burn through in the engine bay and it was first to be sent to AMARC instead of being repaired. In the end it stayed layed-up at Hill AFB to be preserved later on.
