    Constructed as a CF-100Mk 5.
    Intended for delivery to the Belgium Air Force.

    4 March 1958

    Involved in an incident.
    During a test flight at Malton, landed with gear partially extended due to a hydraulic failure. Damaged evaluated as Category B.

    Repaired.

    September 1959

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 18731.

    September 1959

    Transferred to 414 Squadron.

    1 February 1968

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 18731.
    This airframe retained its RCAF serial when absorbed by the Canadian Armed Forces.

    1980

    Assigned to CFD Mountainview, ON for storage.

    Circa 1982

    To Royal Military College, Kingston, ON.
    Presented by the Royal Military College class of 1982.
