    To 10th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 50th Tactical Fighter Wing, Hahn Air Base, FRG.
    Markings added: HR

    June 1987

    Transferred to 186th FIS, 120th FIG, Montana ANG, Great Falls ANGB, MT.
    Operated with markings: Montana, Big Sky Country

    Converted to a F-16A Block 15 ADF.

    Transferred to 186th FS, 120th FG, Montana ANG, Great Falls ANGB, MT.

    2 July 1996

    Crashed.
    The aircraft crashed on the runway. It suffered fuselage damage from skidding 3,000 feet down the runway. Repaired for display at Great Falls.

    Written off.
