    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK77FXQ14: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Truckee Tahoe Airport, Truckee, CA. This was a local flight from Truckee, CA. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb.
