    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI66A0026: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 21:35 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Stevens Point Mun Airport, Stevens Pt., WI. Undershot while on final approach to land. Collided with trees while on final approach to land. The factors included; low ceiling and fog. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing on airport, suspected or known aircraft damage and suspected mechanical discrepancy...
