    Converted to an EF-4C.
    Modified to EF-4C Wild Weasel flak suppression aircraft.

    To 4453rd CCTW, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.

    To 390th TFS, 366th TFW, DaNang AB, South Vietnam.
    Markings added: LF
