The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The wind conditions were left cross wind 248-292 degrees. The temperature was 99 degF...

Collided with an object while landing. Report remarks include: Intentional landing on trailer, tail rotor struck winch on trailer, aircraft went out of control.
